Vintage Bicycle Air Horn Triple Note, 11-inch Large Horn
Vintage triple-tube horns are used to accentuate the style you have with your bike, keeping you distinctive all the time. The steel body has a plated finish, providing a cooler look that is practical and durable at the same time. The triple-tube horn measures 11in/279mm in length, with a rubber ball diameter of 2.36in/60mm and a weight of 176.6g. The material is iron, with a plated surface.
Regarding the sound quality, we tried to improve the speakers and finally decided on the most flexible method - adding a rubber plug for inserting into the sound pipe of the second sound stage. This does make a difference. Customers who have purchased speakers in the past and feel that they are not loud enough can contact our customer service department, and we will send you a speaker rubber plug directly at no charge.
The size specifications are as follows: Horn length - 11 inches / 279mm, rubber ball diameter - 2.36 inches / 60mm, suitable for 22.2mm diameter handlebars. This larger size offers the same applicability.
The material used is a steel tube, with the outer layer undergoing electroplating, making the horn more robust and durable, unaffected by wind and sun. The rubber ball texture is soft, easy to use, and does not hurt your hands.
The appearance is quite striking, as the electroplated silver tube gives the whole horn a very bright look. The three tubes of different lengths make your bike even cooler.
The installation flexibility is another key feature. We use a long screw and two snaps to link the horn and handlebars, allowing for a more flexible design that can be adapted to a wider range of bicycle handlebars. The installation only requires a screwdriver and an Allen wrench.
It's important to note that the three-tube structure requires a quick squeeze of air to achieve the best results when using the horn. If you want to easily achieve a louder effect, you can properly block 1-2 of the tubes, and the difference will be very significant.
We will be including a rubber stopper with future products, so for customers who have already purchased but don't think it's loud enough, please contact us, and we'll send you a rubber stopper.
The plugs are removable using the clamps. Placing the plugs in the medium-length tubes will allow the horn to produce two sounds at the same time, while placing them in the shortest tubes will make the sound produced sound like only one.
